We have an opportunity for an Out bounding call-handler based in our office in Huddersfield (HD2).

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills to be the first port of call for Clients and Prospects as they call to make appointments for Financial Advice. In addition, you will be making information gathering outbound calls to our potential customers who have requested a call. You will also be trained in administration duties which will support our Independent Financial Advisers with their client journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual wanting to get a foothold into Financial Services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers who have requested a call (not cold calling)
  • Handling incoming calls from clients and potential clients
  • Organising Adviser diary to facilitate client meetings
  • Data entry into back office system and Logs
  • General Customer Queries

Experience Required

  • Measurable Call-handling experience, with excellent KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with advisors, providers, customers and team members effectively and professionally.
  • Exceptional Organisational skills and a willingness to take on new challenges, be flexible in approach and quick to learn
  • Ability to work with checklists and good attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Flexible
